In this role, the Pricing Analyst will be responsible for reviewing sales proposals and ensuring compliance with framework agreements and financial targets. The incumbent will support the booking process and identify digitalization opportunities.

Your role:
  • You will perform all activities associated with the review, analysis, escalation, and approval of pricing proposals.
  • You will ensure compliance with GPO/IDN contract terms and conditions, compliance with corporate pricing guidelines, and compliance to the Limits of Authority policy.
  • You will review accuracy of MEA accounting during the booking process to ensure proper revenue recognition.
  • You will identify digitalization opportunities and contribute to process improvement.
  • You will ensure compliance with all Finance, Accounting, and Quality policies.

Your expertise:
  • Advanced organizational skills required. Must be able to multi-task, prioritize workflow, and perform under sensitive deadlines.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with proven interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively and maintain rapport with internal and external customers.
  • Demonstrated ability totake ownership ofissuesand collaborate withpeers andothers outside of functional area to resolve complex issuesand improve existing processes.
  • Financial acumen and demonstrated ability to identify and resolve moderately complex problems and apply problem-solving skills effectively. Ability to make decisions and recommendations toresolve issues.

The requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business discipline or related experience.
  • 3+ years of proven analytical experience supporting Finance and Accounting functions.
  • Working knowledge of Finance and Accounting processes and regulations, particularly revenue recognition guidelines (MEA, IFRS).
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Powerpoint).
  • Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Diagnostics, and the Contract Lifecycle process are all strongly recommended.

The base pay range for this position is:

$76,350 - $104,984

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
