About the role

GRAPHISOFT is seeking a Pricing and Packaging Manager (f/m/d) based in Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for the global pricing and packaging strategy for a multi-product design software portfolio transitioning from perpetual licenses to subscription models. You will collaborate with Product, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success to shape monetization models that balance customer value, commercial growth, and long-term revenue predictability while supporting portfolio simplification and expansion.

Your responsibilities

• Develop portfolio-wide pricing architecture, including tiering, bundles, add-ons, term lengths, and migration paths.
• Design subscription offers that reflect customer segments, use cases, and willingness to pay.
• Define conversion strategies for existing perpetual and maintenance customers, including incentives, guardrails, and retention protections.
• Partner with product, sales, finance, marketing, and customer success teams to align packaging with go-to-market execution.
• Analyze customer usage, billing history, competitive benchmarks, and market feedback to refine price points and packaging.
• Model short-term revenue tradeoffs and long-term ARR, churn, and lifetime value implications of monetization changes.
• Establish pricing governance, discounting rules, approval workflows, and exception policies.
• Run pilots, test offers, and measure pricing performance across segments, regions, and product lines.

Your profile

• University degree in finance or economics.
• 8+ years of experience in software pricing, packaging, monetization, or revenue management.
• Experience with perpetual-to-subscription transitions or other major commercial model shifts would be an asset.
• Strong understanding of B2B software economics, including ARR, churn, expansion, CAC payback, and retention.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex product portfolios and multiple customer segments.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with expertise in customer segmentation and value-based pricing.
• Ability to translate qualitative customer insights and quantitative analysis into structured pricing recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to simplify complex product structures into scalable commercial offers.
• Storytelling, influence, and leadership skills to drive cross-functional initiatives and internal alignment with executive visibility.
