What You'll Do

As a Pricing Assistant, you'll work closely with our Pricing Team to help maintain accurate pricing information and provide exceptional internal and external support.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to pricing-related inquiries via phone and email
• Process and manage high-volume pricing requests accurately and efficiently
• Maintain pricing data and documentation
• Analyze information and identify potential discrepancies
• Support the creation and maintenance of training materials and procedures
• Collaborate with team members to meet departmental goals and deadlines
• Learn pricing systems, processes, and industry best practices
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and other Office applications to organize and manage data

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Excel formulas and data functions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Administrative or customer service experience
• Must be able to pass a drug test
