PRICING ASSISTANT

Looking for an enthusiastic Entry Level Assistant to join the Pricing Team in a fast-paced, professional environment. A hardworking individual with a strong desire to succeed.

Must possess excellent administrative, customer service, communication, and time management skills, with a good working knowledge of various computer applications including but not limited to Microsoft Excel. Must possess the ability to collaborate with team members, multitask with strong follow-up, and be detail oriented.

ENTRY LEVEL

Essential Skills & Responsibilities:

• Polite and professional communication, written and verbal.
• Receive/process high volume of phone/email requests related to price management, efficiently and accurately.
• Independent worker able to multitask, prioritizing properly to meet deadlines
• Team player collaborating on, and contributing to, departmental goals.
• Analytic abilities a plus for growth and development
• Participate in writing, editing, and maintaining training documents for pricing related tasks
• Ability to learn new tasks quickly
• Knowledge of computer applications, primarily MS Office
• Excel - with strong knowledge of formulaic calculations
