With an extensive inventory and a diverse product catalog, this organization has deep roots and a collaborative culture.We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Contact Data Entry & Pricing Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely data entry related to customer contacts, pricing, and product information. You will work closely with the pricing, sales, and operations teams to maintain and update customer records, process pricing adjustments, and support the execution of pricing strategies to maximize profitability.Key ResponsibilitiesContact Data Entry & ManagementAccurately input and update customer contact information in the company's database.Maintain and update customer account records, ensuring all details are current and correct.Assist with managing customer segmentation and categorization based on predefined criteria.Support the sales team by providing accurate contact information for customer outreach and relationship management.Process and maintain pricing information in the system, ensuring pricing accuracy across all customer accounts and product lines.Work with the pricing team to implement price changes, promotions, and discount structures in the system.Regularly audit pricing data to identify discrepancies and assist in the resolution of issues.Provide support in preparing pricing reports, including margin analysis and competitor pricing comparisons.Assist with data entry for new product launches, special offers, and seasonal price changes.Work closely with sales, customer service, and inventory teams to ensure accurate pricing and customer data across all touchpoints.Provide timely responses to internal and external inquiries related to customer contact information and pricing.Reporting & DocumentationGenerate and maintain accurate pricing reports, track pricing trends, and provide insights to the management team.Maintain records of all pricing adjustments, customer agreements and promotions.Assist in preparing documentation for audits or other compliance reviews as needed.Key Requirements2+ years of experience in data entry, pricing coordination, or a related administrative role, preferably in wholesale distribution or the CPG industry.Strong knowledge of pricing structures, customer databases and basic sales operations.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with strong Excel skills, SQL, Power BI and others for data analysis and reporting.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionAdministrative, Accounting/Auditing, and AnalystIndustriesWholesale, Retail Furniture and Home Furnishings, and Wholesale Paper ProductsBenefitsMedical insuranceVision insurance401(k)#J-18808-Ljbffr
