Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our team and lead the successful execution of special Pricing Projects for the Government End Use Pricing organization under Commercial Excellence. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage complex pricing projects in compliance with FAR 12 and FAR 15 regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or related roles
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to oversee complex programs
- Strong understanding of program management principles and methodologies
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
- Prior work experience in the client's industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

- Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Re-pricing of FAR 12 and FAR 15 Cost Proposals using labor and material estimates
- Lead and oversee the execution of the project
- Ensure alignment with strategic objectives
- Utilize project management tools and processes to maximize program performance
- Manage and deliver pricing programs within scope, schedule, and budget
- Identify and mitigate program risks and issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure program success
- Ensure pricing proposals meet customer needs and are compliant with FAR 15 and FAR 12
- Provide leadership and guidance to program teams
- Participate in Big Room Planning Sessions with Cross Functional teams
- Monitor and report program performance metrics
- Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and practices
