Job Purpose:
Our Pricing Manager leads pricing execution and strategy for our Corporate Accounts team. This role sits at the intersection of data, strategy, and sales - owning how we price for our largest and most complex customers while building the roadmap that keeps us competitive and profitable.
Job Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end pricing execution for the corporate accounts portfolio, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and margin integrity across all customer agreements.
Manage and approve pricing requests, exceptions, and contract renewals in partnership with corporate account managers.
Develop and maintain pricing guardrails, discount frameworks, and approval workflows that empower the sales team while protecting profitability.
Monitor pricing compliance and performance across the corporate book of business, identifying trends and escalating risks as needed.
Track and analyze cost-to-price relationships and margin leakage drivers (e.g., overrides, cost changes, execution gaps) to inform corrective actions.
Define and drive the multi-year pricing strategy for corporate accounts, including segmentation approaches, value-based pricing initiatives, and competitive positioning.
Lead pricing system transformation efforts, including developing business requirements, implementing, and optimizing tools and platforms that enable the future state pricing vision for corporate accounts.
Lead market and competitive pricing analysis to inform strategic recommendations.
Partner with finance, sourcing, and data teams to improve cost visibility, data quality, and integration between cost inputs and pricing systems.
Serve as the primary pricing advisor to corporate account sales teams, translating complex pricing logic into clear, actionable guidance.
Collaborate with account managers on large deal pricing, RFP responses, and customer negotiations.
Manage and develop a team of pricing analysts, setting clear goals, providing regular coaching, and building a high-performance culture.

Work Experience:
5-10 years of related job experience.
Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
Experience of planning, managing and organizing resources within short/medium timescales within the overall policy framework.
The ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
Education:
Master's Degree Preferred - Business Administration
Bachelor's Degree - Business Administration
