Role:
- Compensation: Base $260K+
- Bonus: Up to 10$ of base salary
- Partnership: No Buy-in.
- Hours: Monday – Friday work schedule
- No nights or in hospital call
- 100% outpatient
- Dedicated Care and support team (have your own MA/Scheduler/Referral specialist)

Requirements:
- Residency Trained IM/FM
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in: FM, IM or Geriatric Medicine
