The West Springfield team is expanding and seeking a friendly, team-driven person to fill a full-time position in our expanding Primary Care Practice. The Administrative Assistant provides clerical and administrative support to the Primary Care Clinic located at Park St.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and greets guests
  • Coordinates calendar and appointments for staff and program
  • Maintains appearance and cleanliness of office and common areas
  • Checking In-Out of patients, including scheduling follow up appts, as needed
  • Maintains computer databases and records
  • Manages special projects for the Program Director as needed
  • Maintains program records in accordance with regulatory and compliance standards
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • Computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal, customer relations skills
  • Experience working in a primary care setting
  • Bilingual

Schedule Details:

Monday - Friday: 8am-4pm, on site
