Job Description

Oregon Medical Group, part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate to join our Primary Care team at Northside Medical Clinic in Eugene, OR. Optum is a clinician-led care organization that is changing the way clinicians work and live.

Position Details:

  • Outpatient only Primary Care
  • Four-day work week for full-time APC's; Hybrid roles for eligible interested candidates
  • Partner with physicians in a shared-panel, team-based care model
  • Predominantly adult and geriatric patient population
  • Average 16-17 patients per day
  • Protected administrative time built into the schedule
  • Gradual panel ramp-up process and structured onboarding
  • Opportunity to perform office-based procedures based on experience and interest
  • No call
  • Strong multidisciplinary support including:

o Onsite pharmacist

o RN case manager

o LPN care support

o Social work resources

o In-basket support teams

Northside Medical Clinic is a well-established family medicine practice within Oregon Medical Group serving patients throughout Eugene and the surrounding communities. Located in Northwest Eugene's River Road area, Northside provides comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages, with a large adult and older adult patient population.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant/Associate program.
  • Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate, or ability to obtain prior to start.
  • Oregon license or ability to obtain prior to start.
  • DEA registration or ability to obtain prior to start.
  • Current BLS certification.

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $104,500 - $156,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
