Job Description
Memorial Health System is seeking a motivated Advanced Practice Provider to join our growing Primary Care team in Woodsfield, Ohio. Our Rural Health Clinic provides essential, high-quality care to the residents of rural Monroe County and plays an important role in the health of the Woodsfield community.
Office Hours:
- Monday and Tuesday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Wednesday 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
- Thursday 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM
- Friday 8 AM to 3:00 PM
Schedule: This position will work Monday and Tuesday in Woodsfield and Noble Local School Clinic on Friday.
Typical # of patients per day: 23-25.
Preferred Training/Experience: 3-5 years of experience.
Procedures Needed: Primary Care, injections, removal of small lesions.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation ranges from $90,000-$100,000
- Annual CME funds of $3,000
