This is the primary care role physicians move across the country for. A brand new, independent, physician led company, private equity backed, is opening state of the art senior care centers in Tampa, and building its founding clinical team right now. Get in at the ground floor of the model that is reshaping American medicine.

The opportunity

• A brand new, independent company with serious private equity backing, the stability and resources of scale with the energy of a fresh start
• State of the art centers built for the way medicine should be practiced
• Value based care done right: you are paid for keeping patients healthy, not for churning visits
• Roughly twelve to sixteen patients a day on a primarily geriatric Medicare Advantage panel, with time to treat the whole person
• Tampa, with the schedule and center matched to where you want to be

What you will do

• Care for a panel of primarily older adults across acute and chronic conditions
• Lead comprehensive assessments, preventive care, and chronic disease management that keeps seniors out of the hospital
• Order and evaluate diagnostics and prescribe in accordance with Florida statutes
• Coordinate specialists, referrals, and the care team around each patient
• Serve as a clinical leader within your center

What you will bring

• MD, DO, or MBBS with residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active, unrestricted Florida license, or eligibility to obtain one, relocating physicians welcome
• Active DEA, and board certified or board eligible with certification within two years of joining, new graduates encouraged
• A heart for caring for an older population, Spanish fluency a plus
