Job Summary

Care New England is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our established primary care practice in Cranston, Rhode Island. This role offers a collaborative team environment with strong support for professional growth.

  • Provide routine and preventive primary care to patients 18 and older, including health assessments, chronic disease management, and acute care visits
  • 32 clinical and 8 administrative hours per week plus rotational call
  • Avg of 18-22 patients per day
  • Participate in Resident and Medical Student education
  • EPIC utilized throughout the Care New England Health System
  • Collaborate care with access to a network of specialty physicians at Care New England
  • Guaranteed base salary, uncapped RVU bonus, quality and generous benefit package
  • PSLF loan Forgiveness eligible
  • Embedded support includes:
  • Integrated behavioral health, LICSW
  • Health Helpers to address quality gaps
  • 1:1 MA support
  • Nurse Case managers and Community Social Workers
  • Pharmacy and pharmacy tech on site
  • AI scribe
  • RN triage program

Requirements

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Completed or currently enrolled in an ACGME accredited residency program.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in the applicable specialty.
  • Active Rhode Island MD/DO, CSR, and DEA license or eligible.
