Responsibilities

  • Provide primary care services to patients in a clinic, including diagnosis and treatment planning.

  • Conduct patient evaluations, take histories, and document in electronic health records.

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans targeting measurable health outcomes.

  • Maintain high-quality patient care while meeting productivity and target metrics.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and referrals.

  • Engage in ongoing clinical learning to stay current with best practices and guidelines.

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards (e.g., HIPAA, OSHA).

  • Utilize clinical pipelines and data to forecast patient volume and health outcomes within the territory.

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance care delivery and patient satisfaction.

  • Provide timely patient education and counseling on preventive care and treatment options.

  • Deliver on-call or locum responsibilities to maintain continuous patient access in Oklahoma.


Experience/Qualifications

  • Active medical license to practice in Oklahoma (MD/DO).

  • Board-certified or eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

  • Proven experience delivering primary care in a clinic setting.

  • Compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and applicable regulatory standards.

  • Proficiency with electronic health records and documentation.

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced clinic with productivity targets.

  • Experience with care planning, outcomes measurement, and quality improvement.

  • Strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams for referrals and care coordination.

  • On-call/locum availability to ensure continuous patient access in Oklahoma.

  • Willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional development.
