Primary Care Physician needed in New York for a locum assignment ASAP. The clinician needs to have an active state license. 

• Requirements: NY License, BE/BC, enrolled in New York State's Medicare and Medicaid program
• Coverage Needed: 
  • Full-time; M-F with flexible schedule options 
  • 8am - 4:30 pm or 8:30am - 5pm 
• Assignment Type: Outpatient
• EMR: EPIC
