
About the Role At Core Primary Care we believe in delivering compassionate high-quality and comprehensive medical care to adults across all age groups. As an Advanced Practice Provider NP or PA with our team you will serve as a primary point of contact for our patients guiding them through preventive care acute illness management chronic disease management and overall health promotion. Key Responsibilities Patient Care Evaluate diagnose and treat 15-20 adult patients per day in an outpatient primary care setting. Clinical Management Review daily lab work diagnostic results and manage prescription refill requests promptly as they arrive. Collaboration Work collaboratively within an integrated healthcare team while maintaining strong clinical autonomy Flexible Schedule Options We offer three distinct full-time schedule options to support a strong work-life balance Option 1 Mon Tue Fri 755 AM - 600 PM & Sat 755 AM - 100 PM Option 2 Tue Wed Fri 755 AM - 600 PM & Sat 755 AM - 100 PM Option 3 Mon Tue Thu Fri 755 AM - 600 PM Qualifications & Requirements Licensure Active unrestricted Texas license to practice as an Advanced Practice Registered Board Certification Active national certification AANP ANCC or NCCPA.
