About the Role
As a Primary Care NP/PA, you will provide comprehensive outpatient care to patients of all ages while partnering with physicians, nurses, and care teams to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary care services to patients of all ages
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Perform preventive care and wellness visits
- Order, interpret, and review diagnostic testing
- Develop treatment plans and educate patients on disease prevention and management
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
Qualifications
- Active Texas Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License
- Certification Required
- Minimum 1 year of Primary Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Urgent Care experience preferred
- Comfortable treating patients across all age groups
- Strong communication and patient engagement skills
