• Experience in primary care, family medicine, or rural health preferred
• Strong communication, documentation, and patient education skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team
• Certified Family Nurse Practitioner credential required
• Eligible for or active Arkansas APRN licensure
