- Full-Time or Part-Time outpatient opportunity with Choice Medical Group
- Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with providers typically finishing patient care by 4:00 PM and remaining time allotted for administrative work
- No inpatient responsibilities or hospital call requirements; only occasional calls for your own patients
- Average patient volume of approximately 14–18 patients per day
- Focus on Annual Wellness Visits, preventive medicine, chronic disease management, medication reconciliation, patient education, and continuity of care
- Patient population consists primarily of geriatric and underserved/low-income families
- Collaborate closely with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to support quality patient outcomes
- Salary range of approximately $106,000–$180,000 annually, depending on experience and schedule
- Supportive team culture with opportunities for continuing education and professional growth
- Option for 1099 or W2 employment available.
Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Active California RN License, NP License, and Furnishing License
- Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (AANP preferred)
- Current DEA registration
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum of one (1) year of recent clinical experience preferred
- Strong communication, clinical decision-making, and EMR documentation skills
