Position Overview

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join a patient-focused team providing comprehensive outpatient primary care to adult patients.

Schedule & Work-Life Balance
- Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- No weekends
- No hospital call required

Clinical Workflow
- Average of approximately 24 patients per day
- Outpatient primary care focused on adult patients

Compensation
- Guaranteed base salary of $120,000

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adult patients
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic testing
- Provide preventive and wellness care
- Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Utilize AI-assisted technology to improve documentation efficiency
- Educate patients regarding treatment plans, medications, and preventative health
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Current APRN/NP license eligible for practice in Florida
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
- National certification through an appropriate recognized certifying body
- Primary care or Internal Medicine experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
