The provider will complete non‑treatment disability evaluations, review medical histories, and document findings electronically through standardized federal examination tools. Responsibilities include conducting one‑time assessments, submitting Disability Benefits Questionnaires within required timeframes, and supporting high‑volume sites serving large Veteran populations; this role offers a competitive compensation package.

• Experience in primary care or related clinical evaluation settings
• Experience conducting structured medical assessments or disability‑focused exams
• Master’s degree in nursing (NP) or completion of an accredited PA program
• Active North Carolina NP or PA license or eligibility
• Active, unrestricted DEA registration
• Strong computer skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
