PRN- REGISTERED NURSE (RN)- Primary Care Are you passionate about advancing health equity and delivering patient-centered care to underserved communities? Western North Carolina Community Health Services (WNCCHS) provides patient-centered, team-based primary care to residents of Western North Carolina. We are looking for a PRN Registered Nurse to provide as needed coverage for 16 to 30 hours weekly. We anticipate the PRN RN would be needed September through December 2026. The Registered Nurse would provide patient care at our primary location, Minnie Jones Health Center, 257 Biltmore Ave, Asheville, NC 28801 which is open 7:30 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. RESPONSIBILITIES: Patient Care The Registered Nurse delivers comprehensive, patient-centered care, in collaboration with the healthcare team, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and chronic illness management. Key responsibilities include patient assessments, administering vaccinations and routine medications, managing chronic conditions, performing screenings, and patient education.
