Position Overview

This model empowers physicians to build meaningful patient relationships, spend more time with each individual, and practice medicine the way it was meant to be practiced without RVU pressure.

We welcome physicians with Value-Based Care (VBC) experience as well as those eager to learn.

• Value-Based Care; majority Medicare Advantage, chronic disease & preventive care focus
• 100% Outpatient
• $300K+ income potential
• 15-17 patients per day
• Integrated Care Team:
  • NP/PA
  • Medical Assistants
  • Social Workers
  • Lab & Pharmacy support
  • Referral coordination
