Mass General Brigham Primary Care Per Diem Opportunity | North of Boston, MA

Mass General Brigham Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician for a flexible per diem opportunity within our Primary Care Float Pool. This highly skilled team of clinicians provides essential support across our practices, helping maintain continuity of care during unexpected callouts, extended leaves, planned vacations, and staffing vacancies. Our North Shore practice locations include Beverly, Danvers, Lynn, Marblehead, Peabody, Rowley, Salem, Saugus, and Swampscott.

What You'll Do

  • Provide both compassionate and thorough care for patients as needed.

  • Work closely with a dynamic multidisciplinary group-including nurses, care coordinators, and specialists-to deliver high-quality, patient-focused care.

  • Utilize advanced healthcare technology and tools, such as the integrated EPIC EMR system for efficient documentation and communication, in-basket management support for better workflow, and after-hours call services to uphold consistent care and assistance for patients and families.

This is a per diem position. Hourly pay is $141.75 per hour/shift, depending on the type and timing of shifts worked. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity.
