Your Role

As a Primary Care Physician with our organization, you will deliver compassionate, patient-focused care while collaborating with a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient histories and physical examinations
• Provide essential women's health services, including Pap smears
• Develop evidence-based evaluations and treatment strategies
• Care for adult patients (no pediatrics)
• Interpret diagnostic tests such as x-rays, labs, and EKGs
• Efficiently manage patient flow with assistance from Central Support
• Lead your team of Medical Assistants and support staff
• Supervise assigned Physician Assistants/Nurse Practitioners
• Oversee a patient panel with a focus on quality outcomes

Qualifications

• Board-certified (MD/DO) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with an unrestricted DEA license
• Licensed (or eligible) to practice in your state
• Dedicated to patient-centered, relationship-focused care
• Comfortable providing basic women's health services
• Enthusiastic about innovation, continuous learning, and technology-enhanced care
• Adept at creating a positive and respectful team atmosphere
• BLS and/or ACLS certification is required and must be obtained prior to your start date

Compensation

Full-Time Salary (40 hours per week): $249,600 - $354,720

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary along with eligibility for additional incentive bonuses based on wRVUs and quality performance metrics. Final salary offers are determined by various factors, including education, experience, work history, and geographic location.
