Primary Care Physician Assistant

We are currently looking for a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our primary care practice in Bloomfield CT. This is an opportunity to join a highly reputable practice comprising ~50 providers across 19 office locations that has been providing care to patients across the Hartford area for 20 years. Scope of Practice Full Scope Clinical Variety Full scope of chronic disease management diabetes hypertension lipid disorders and acute primary care needs for adult and geriatric patients ages 18. Manageable Work Load Focused heavily on quality we allow for a highly manageable patient volume to emphasize building patient relationships and providing quality care. Schedule Stability Enjoy a consistent full-time schedule including 4-5 daysweek Monday through Friday 800 am - 500 pm with no evenings or weekends required.
