Choice Medical Group is seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician (BE/BC Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to join our growing team supporting our Barstow clinic. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician looking to practice in a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on improving community health throughout the High Desert region of Southern California.

- Performing physical examinations
- Reviewing medical histories
- Diagnosing and treating illnesses and injuries
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic testing
- Developing treatment plans and health regimens
- Coordinating care with specialists and healthcare teams
- Competitive salary ranging from $275,000–$325,000 annually

Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited United States medical school
- Successful completion of an accredited residency program
- Board-Certified in Primary Care or related field
- Current California Medical License or eligibility to obtain one
- Current DEA registration

- Experience providing primary care and diagnostic services in a clinical setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving abilities

- Comfortable utilizing electronic medical records and Microsoft applications
