Position: Primary Care Physician Bilingual Spanish (Onsite)
Location: Northwest Houston, TX (approximately 20 minutes south of The Woodlands)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM, with a protected half-day off each week

About the Role:
This is a rewarding opportunity to manage a manageable panel of adult patients, primarily Medicare and Commercial. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a panel of adult patients, emphasizing preventative and quality care through annual wellness visits, screenings, and gap closures
- Collaborate closely with a dedicated medical assistant, support staff, and onsite office manager to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in the clinic's transition towards value-based healthcare, focusing on patient satisfaction and health outcomes
- Share weekend and holiday call rotation (about every third weekend) to support patient access and continuity of care
What Were Looking For:
- MD or DO with an active or in-process Texas medical license and DEA registration
- Bilingual Spanish proficiency (minimum Medical Spanish) required to serve a predominantly Spanish-speaking patient community
- Comfort in outpatient adult primary care, with both new graduates and seasoned physicians encouraged to apply
- A team-first, adaptable approach with a commitment to preventative, quality-first medicine
- Authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship provided)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary plus a performance bonus of 20-25% based on quality metrics
- $10,000 sign-on bonus
