and collaborate with other local primary care providers in a collegial network that puts patients-and providers-first. Seeking a confident, clinically excellent physician who is comfortable in a solo MD role.

Flexible schedule options:

Choose 5 eight-hour days or 4 ten-hour days between 7 AM and 5 PM

Manageable patient load:

Up to 20 patients per day across all ages, with a low pediatric panel

Light call schedule:

1:7 rotation shared equally among group physicians

Generous time off:

Up to

35 days of annual ATO , additional

8 weeks of paid parental leave also available

Hybrid care model:

Mix of in-person visits and telehealth to serve patients where they are

Resident Stipend: $3,000 per month available for 2nd and 3rd Year Residents (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.)

Guaranteed Base Compensation of $275,000 for first two years plus productivity and quality incentives if wRVU threshold is met

Bonus Available: wRVU Productivity, $ per wRVU Quality Goal, System KPI attainment

Annual CME Allowance: $10,000

403b retirement savings plus matching on first 4%
