As our Primary Care Physician, you will help individuals and families get high-value, top quality, accessible care so they can live healthier lives and thrive in their communities.
Every day you will provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population. You will be expected to diagnose and treat acute conditions, manage chronic diseases, perform wellness exams, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver whole-person care.

Provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population.
Diagnose and treat acute conditions, including illnesses and minor injuries (e.g., flu, strep throat).
Perform annual physicals, wellness exams, and preventive health screenings.
Administer immunizations and promote preventive care strategies.
Manage and treat chronic conditions such as diabetes, arthritis, and cardiovascular disease.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.
Job Requirements
Required
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
Successful completion of an accredited residency or fellowship program aligned with the area of specialty
Board Certified or Board Eligible in the appropriate specialty (as recognized by the hospital)
Active, unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Colorado (or eligibility to obtain)
Ability to obtain and maintain an unrestricted Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration
Eligibility to obtain Medical Staff privileges within the health system at the sponsoring institution
