The Primary Care Physician at CenterWell Senior Primary Care Decker Blvd. in Columbia, South Carolina will be responsible for managing a panel of patients and capable of handling a variety of health-related problems. Your work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
You will be working full-time and on-site at our Decker Blvd. Clinic. You will report to the South Carolina Associate Medical Director. You will focus on outpatient medicine, continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention. You will keep a medical history and medical records. You will refer the patient to specialists as needed.
You are an influential member of the department and will have the opportunity to shape the departments strategy. You will make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. You will exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
