An established and growing Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice in the Daytona Beach, Florida area is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join its patient -centered healthcare team.     Patient Care Responsibilities<\/span>

    • Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Perform preventive care, annual wellness visits, and chronic disease management<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Develop individualized treatment plans<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Coordinate care with specialists and healthcare facilities as needed<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Conduct hospital follow -up visits when appropriate<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Utilize telehealth and patient communication tools to enhance access and continuity of care<\/span>

    • Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic medical record system<\/span>

      • Average of approximately 10 patients per day<\/span>

      • New patient appointments: 60 minutes<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Follow -up appointments: 30 minutes<\/span>

      • Hospital follow -up appointments: 60 minutes<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Predominantly adult patient population<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Average patient age range: 40–50 years<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Employer -sponsored patient memberships and individual members<\/span>

        Call Schedule<\/span>

        • Light telephone call coverage<\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Approximately one week of call coverage at a time<\/span>

        • Patients are educated to utilize after -hours access only for urgent concerns<\/span>

        • Minimal call burden<\/span>

        • No routine in -person call requirements<\/span>

          • MD or DO degree from an accredited institution<\/span>

          • Completion of Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency training<\/span>
            <\/li>
          • Eligible for or active Florida medical license<\/span>

          • DEA registration or eligibility<\/span>
            <\/li><\/ul>

            • Family Medicine training preferred but open to Internal Medicine<\/span>

            • Board Eligible or Board Certified preferred<\/span>

            • Prior outpatient primary care experience preferred but not required<\/span>
