We're seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our team in Fairbanks, Alaska.This is an opportunity to practice relationship-based care in a collaborative environment where physicians are empowered to focus on whole-person health and long-term patient outcomes. Practice patient-centered, relationship-based medicine.
Collaborate with advanced practice providers, behavioral health specialists, pharmacists, health coaches, and care managers.
Focus on quality outcomes and whole-person care.

Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients across the lifespan.
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute illnesses, chronic conditions, and preventive healthcare needs using evidence-based medicine.
Develop personalized treatment plans, including medication management, preventive services, and chronic disease management.
Perform annual wellness visits, health screenings, and preventive care services.
Coordinate care for patients with complex medical conditions and collaborate with specialty providers when appropriate.
Partner with advanced practice providers and interdisciplinary care teams to improve patient outcomes and population health.
Educate patients and caregivers to support informed decisions and long-term health.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of clinical excellence.
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
Completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
Eligible for unrestricted Alaska medical licensure.
Current DEA registration and BLS certification.
Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.

Compensation Range:
$211,369.00to
$317,053.00The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
