Quality Primary Care Associates is hiring a Primary Care Physician for our growing physician-led outpatient practice in Maryland.
Locations: Rockville, Gaithersburg, or Columbia, MD
Base Salary: $250,000–$285,000 based on experience
Bonus: Up to $30,000 productivity bonus + $75,000 signing/retention bonus available
Support: Relocation assistance available
No nights. No weekends. No call. No hospital rounding. No inpatient work. Reasonable patient volume. Dedicated admin time. AI/scribe documentation support.
This is an outpatient primary care role for physicians who want strong clinical support, modern technology, autonomy, and a sustainable schedule without excessive after-hours charting.

Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Eligible for Maryland medical license
