Locations: Rockville, Gaithersburg, or Columbia, MDBase Salary: $250,000–$285,000 based on experienceBonus: Up to $30,000 productivity bonus + $75,000 signing/retention bonus availableSupport: Relocation assistance available

This is an outpatient primary care role for physicians who want strong clinical support, modern technology, autonomy, and a sustainable schedule without excessive after-hours charting.

Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Eligible for Maryland medical license
