About the Role: Montesol Medical Centers LLC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Primary Care Physician specializing in Family Medicine to join our growing team in West Palm Beach, FL. Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive primary and preventive care to patients of all ages in an outpatient family medicine setting
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, including diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular conditions
Conduct routine wellness exams, annual physicals, and health screenings
Develop and manage individualized patient care plans and coordinate specialist referrals as needed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
Collaborate with nurses, medical assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care
Educate patients and families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and lifestyle modifications
Requirements:
Must be a licensed APRN eligible to practice in the State of Florida. Must have an active and unrestricted Florida APRN license.
Professional Liability Insurance must be current and active.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one
DEA registration and current CPR/BLS certification
Experience in a primary care or family medicine outpatient setting preferred
Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first mindset
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively with patients and staff in both languages.
