Primary Care Physician – (Family or Internal or Emergency or Geriatric Medicine) – Los Angeles County
 

Opportunity Highlights:
 • Full-time outpatient position serving medically complex seniors
 • Serve as Pod Leader within an interdisciplinary team under a value-based care model
 • Manage a smaller patient panel with a focus on long-term, personalized care
 • Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, including periodic home visits
 • Limited phone-only call, rotated a few nights or weekends per month
 • Office space available at clinic location
 • Advancement opportunity into medical director roles

Compensation & Benefits:
 • Base salary: $250,000–$280,000 + quarterly performance bonus
 • $10,000 sign-on bonus and up to $50,000 relocation assistance

Candidate Requirements:
 • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Emergency Medicine
 • Must be eligible for enrollment with Medicare and Medi-Cal
