Primary Care Physician – (Family or Internal or Emergency or Geriatric Medicine) Riverside County, CA
 

Opportunity Highlights:
 • Full-time outpatient position focused on senior care in a value-based model
 • Serve as Pod Leader within an interdisciplinary team
 • Smaller patient panel for deeper, long-term patient relationships
 • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule, including home visits
 • Rotating call coverage – phone-only, limited nights/weekends

Compensation & Benefits:
 • Base salary: $250,000–$280,000 with additional quarterly performance bonus
 • $10,000 sign-on bonus and up to $50,000 relocation assistance

Candidate Requirements:
 • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Emergency Medicine
 • Licensed in California
 • Must be eligible for Medicare and Medi-Cal enrollment
 • Visa sponsorship not available
