Primary Care Physician trained in Family Medicine

to join

Hermitage Community Medicine

located in Hermitage, Pennsylvania.

Base salary compensation with the opportunity to earn additional incentives, including a quality-based Value Incentive Plan, and an APP Utilization Plan. -

Full-time includes 36 hours of patient facing clinical time Monday through Friday and 4-hours of administrative time per week. -

About Hermitage Community Medicine:

Located in the UPMC Hermitage Outpatient Center in Hermitage, PA -

Join two additional physicians specializing in Family Medicine -

Call consists of a Family Medicine night and weekend call group, and day coverage organized among the physician team. -

The physician team and three APPs provide full spectrum care to 15-18 patients each day per provider. -

Resources available onsite include cardiac echo testing, x-ray, DRE camera, radiology, and Centers for Rehab Services.

Job Requirements:

Medical Degree (MD/DO) -

Accredited

Family Medicine

Residency Program completion -

Board Certified in

Family Medicine

(or board eligible for residency new graduates) -

Unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License -

DEA certification
