Role Overview

·        Job Title: Post-Acute Care Primary Physician

·        Location: Kalamazoo, Michigan (Skilled Nursing Facilities)

·        Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week with dedicated night call coverage

·        Estimated Salary: $290,000 to $330,000 per year

Duties and Requirements

·        Core Tasks: Round on 15-20 patients a day. Provide patient assessments, customized care planning, and family education

·        Qualifications: Michigan medical license and active DEA registration

·        Background: Open to new graduates and experienced physicians from clinic, acute, or emergency backgrounds
