    Primary Care Physician

    Southeastern Washington | Full-Time

    Provide Meaningful Care in a Collaborative, Mission-Driven Practice

    A well-established, mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to join its growing team in southeastern Washington. This is an excellent opportunity to practice 100% outpatient medicine while caring for a diverse adult patient population with a focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and healthy aging. The organization is committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care through an integrated team-based model.

    Position Highlights

    • 100% outpatient Internal Medicine practice

    • Focus on adult and geriatric patient care with an emphasis on chronic disease management
    • Collaborative, multidisciplinary care model alongside physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, behavioral health providers, pharmacists, and support staff

    • Optional hospital privileges available for physicians interested in maintaining inpatient skills (not required)

    Candidate Eligibility

    • 2027 residency graduates are encouraged to apply
    • J-1 waiver and H-1B visa sponsorship available
    • Board Certified or Board Eligible physicians welcome
    • Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians welcome

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Competitive salary:$247,000-$333,000 annually (DOE)

    Continuing Medical Education

    Qualifications

    • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
    • Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency
    • Board Certified or Board Eligible
    • Eligible for medical licensure and DEA registration
