Overview: We are seeking a full-time, relationship-centered family physician to join our team at a new health center in Machesney Park, IL, in partnership with the Harlem Co. School District. We are looking for a primary care physician to lead our team, providing high-quality care to employees and their families.
Position Details:
Patient Population: Employees and families of all ages, with a focus on acute and primary care, emphasizing preventive medicine
Care Team: MD, Medical Assistant (MA), Registered Nurse (RN)
Schedule: 40 hours per week, with a proposed schedule as follows:
Monday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (4 hours)
No nights, no call, and no weekends
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $240,000 – $275,000 per year (negotiable based on experience and FTE)
