Position Highlights

14 Street Medical Arts, a well-established multi-specialty outpatient practice in Manhattan, is seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join its growing team.

This opportunity offers exceptional scheduling flexibility, no hospital responsibilities, no call, a highly supported clinical environment, and the ability to focus on patient care while support staff handle much of the administrative workflow.

Practice Details

• Full-time or part-time opportunity

• 100% outpatient practice

• Flexible scheduling with 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts

• Monday-Thursday: 9:00 AM-7:00 PM

• Friday: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM

• Sunday rotation: 10:00 AM-4:00 PM

• No hospital rounding

• No call responsibilities

• Athenahealth EMR

Clinical Opportunity

• Primary Care: Annual physicals, preventive care, acute visits, chronic disease management, employer physicals, and routine outpatient services

• Specialty evaluations in areas such as Cardiology, Neurology, Gastroenterology, Sleep Medicine, and Pain Management

• Approximately 2-3 patient evaluations per hour

• No psychiatry or chronic pain medication management

Clinical Support

Physicians are supported by an experienced clinical team, including Medical Assistants, scribes, pharmacy, and administrative staff. Patient histories, medication reconciliation, vitals, and much of the documentation are completed before the physician enters the room, allowing providers to focus on the examination, assessment, and treatment plan.

Compensation & Benefits

• $135/hour (1099)

• Estimated $280,000-$290,000 annually for full-time physicians, including performance bonus

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Active, unrestricted New York Medical License

• Active DEA Registration

• Active NY Medicaid Enrollment

• Spanish or Russian language skills are a plus
