Position Overview:
Provide comprehensive outpatient care in a team-based, patient-centered environment. You will focus on prevention, chronic disease management, and continuity of care.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $220,000 - $240,000 + Quarterly Bonuses (Based on Quality)

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive primary care services (adult or family medicine)
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
- Emphasize preventative care and patient education
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR
- EMR System is eClinicalWorks
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Schedule & Work Environment:
- Monday–Friday schedule
- No Nights
- No Weekends
- No Holidays
- Outpatient only (no inpatient responsibilities)
- Support from nurses, MAs, and administrative staff
- Efficient workflows designed to reduce burnout
Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine OR Family Practice
- Active or eligible state license
- Strong communication and patient engagement skills
