Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) – Rural Community Health Clinic

Location: Northeastern Arizona
Work Setting: On-site Clinical Care

We are seeking a Primary Care Physician (MD or DO) to provide comprehensive outpatient medical services in a rural community healthcare setting in northeastern Arizona. This opportunity is ideal for physicians interested in serving rural and underserved populations while working in a collaborative clinical environment.

This position requires the physician to provide care on-site at a community health clinic. Providers who enjoy practicing in mission-driven, community-focused environments are encouraged to apply.


Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages

  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions

  • Conduct physical examinations and develop treatment plans

  • Prescribe medications and order appropriate diagnostic tests

  • Provide preventive care and health education

  • Maintain accurate medical records in accordance with clinical standards

  • Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams


Qualifications

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)

  • Completion of an accredited residency program in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible

  • Active and unrestricted medical license (state license required prior to start)

  • Current DEA registration
