Primary Care- Cottman, part of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Primary Care Physician to support continued primary care expansion and access initiatives across the Philadelphia market.

Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Eligible for Pennsylvania licensure
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
Role Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care for patients
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Emphasize preventive care and population health management
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Participate in quality and performance improvement initiatives
Schedule & Call
- Full-time outpatient schedule (34 patient-facing hours)
- Flexible scheduling options available
- Minimal call responsibilities (1:6 call schedule), phone-only
