Job details:
- Position: Primary Care
- Location: Capitola, CA
- Setting: Outpatient
- Schedule: Full-Time
- Monday-Friday
- Patient contact - 36 hours
- Admin - 4 hours
- Call: Telephone call only
- Very lightly and split between all providers
- More secondary call as hospitalists usually take call first
- EMR: Cerner
- Patient load: 18-22 (FM), 16-20 (IM)
- Job Requirements: BC or BE in FM or IM
- Compensation:
- Base - 300K
- Quality bonus - Up to 30K annually
- Productivity bonus
- Credentialing: Up to 90 days (If they have CA license, can start sooner)
- Benefits:

- Up to 25K relocation
