Mercy Health is seeking board-certified/board-eligible Primary Care Physicians to establish and grow a new outpatient practice in Genoa, Ohio. This is a rare opportunity to help shape a practice from the ground up, with support from a trusted regional health system and a team committed to community care.

Opportunity Highlights:

• New clinic with a planned launch in late 2026
• Outpatient-only; flexible Monday-Friday scheduling
• Collaborative call rotation shared with regional Family Medicine providers
• Access to DAX AI clinical documentation tools and integrated MyChart for virtual care
