We are seeking a Primary Care Physician (PCP) to join a forward-thinking multi-specialty practice in Queens, Bronx, and Brooklyn, NY. Qualifications:

  • Education: MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Licensure/Certifications:
    • Active New York State Medical license.
    • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Primary Care.
  • Experience: Open to all levels (negotiable based on expertise).
  • Language: Must be Bilingual in Spanish.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in EHR systems, chronic disease management, and preventive care.
  • Soft Skills: Cultural competency, strong communication, and a passion for collaborative, patient-first care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive primary care, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute/chronic conditions.
  • Collaborate with specialists to deliver integrative, multidisciplinary care.
  • Educate patients on preventive health, lifestyle modifications, and disease management.
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
