Primary Care Physician (MD/DO)
Our client is a growing, non-profit healthcare organization dedicated to providing inclusive, high-quality care to underserved communities, with a strong emphasis on HIV care, LGBTQ+ health, Primary Care, and Behavioral Health. Services are delivered across multiple outpatient clinics in Orlando, Kissimmee, Lakeland, and the UCF area.
Compensation & Benefits
- $250,000 base salary
- Full Benefits (Medical, Vision, Dental)
- 401(k) with 3% match (immediate)
- 2 weeks PTO in the first year
- Office closed the last 2 weeks of the year
- 6 Paid Holidays
- 1 CME conference per year
- No on-call requirements
- Relocation assistance up to $15,000
- Outpatient-only, onsite position
Requirements
- MD or DO with active, unrestricted Florida medical license
- Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Experience in Primary Care and/or HIV care preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
- New graduates considered
- Commitment to onsite outpatient care in an inclusive, mission-driven environment
- Experience with EMR systems (Tebra / CareCloud preferred, not required)
Responsibilities
- Monday–Thursday (9am–5pm), Friday (9am–2pm)
- Rotating Saturday coverage approximately once every 3 months
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients
- Deliver HIV-focused and preventative care in a non-profit, LGBTQ+ inclusive setting
- Manage both acute and chronic conditions in an outpatient environment
- Conduct evaluations, diagnoses, treatment planning, and prescribing
- Educate patients on prevention, wellness, and chronic disease management
- Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support organizational programs
- Uphold organizational mission, values, and standards of care
