Our client is a growing, non-profit healthcare organization dedicated to providing inclusive, high-quality care to underserved communities, with a strong emphasis on HIV care, LGBTQ+ health, Primary Care, and Behavioral Health. Services are delivered across multiple outpatient clinics in Orlando, Kissimmee, Lakeland, and the UCF area.
Compensation & Benefits
$250,000 base salary

Requirements
MD or DO with active, unrestricted Florida medical license
Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Experience in Primary Care and/or HIV care preferred
Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
New graduates considered
Commitment to onsite outpatient care in an inclusive, mission-driven environment
Experience with EMR systems (Tebra / CareCloud preferred, not required)
Responsibilities
Monday–Thursday (9am–5pm), Friday (9am–2pm)
Rotating Saturday coverage approximately once every 3 months
Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients
Deliver HIV-focused and preventative care in a non-profit, LGBTQ+ inclusive setting
Manage both acute and chronic conditions in an outpatient environment
Conduct evaluations, diagnoses, treatment planning, and prescribing
Educate patients on prevention, wellness, and chronic disease management
Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists as needed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support organizational programs
Uphold organizational mission, values, and standards of care
