What We Offer:
- Competitive salary, sign on and relocation assistance
- Salary Range: $280,000 - 300,000 annually + productivity incentives
- Sign on Bonus up to $125k

Job Requirements
- MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine (ABMS or AOA)
- Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
